ABOUT US
We are the number 1 address for all questions about the weather. What should I wear today? Will I get to work without getting wet? Can I barbecue on the weekend? Since 2000, we have been providing all the important information about the weather and accompanying millions of people through their everyday lives.
At our offices in Constance, Munich, and Berlin, our colleagues work with great passion on our products. In addition to the wetter.com offers for desktop, mobile, and TV, this also includes our winter sports portal Snowthority. Furthermore, we have launched METEONOMIQS, a B2B brand for weather data-driven business solutions. We are a wholly owned subsidiary of ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE.

OUR VALUES
& CULTURE
Our values
We create Europe’s most-used personal weather companion. To achieve this, we optimise our existing business in line with the needs of our customers and constantly pursue new business models.
We welcome all people and ensure that all our team members are heard, feel valued, and comfortable. Because with us, each individual contributes to the success of wetter.com with their skills and commitment.
- We develop relevant quality.
- We take responsibility.
- We find solutions and take bold paths.
- We act quickly and prudently.
- We argue constructively.
- We win with fun and passion.
Engagement
“Our climate, our home” – this is the motto under which we are increasingly committed to climate and environmental protection. As a weather portal with a team of experienced meteorologists, we see and understand how much climate change is already in the weather and what impact this has on us humans, our health and nature.
Our platforms allow us to reach millions of people and educate them about the links between climate and weather, raising their awareness of the need for more climate protection. We are proud to be able to use our reach for issues that are particularly important to us and our employees.
We understand that sustainability is complex and that we cannot tackle all issues at once. In order to achieve tangible goals, we need to focus. That’s why it’s clear to us: climate protection is particularly important to us and the time to act is now!
